The River, and boating have been an integral piece of the culture of Gananoque for centuries. The Museum is committed to continuing the strong connection to the River and making the waterfront accessible for everyone. A key component of this commitment is the summer camp, Boat Camp.
Boat Camp is a hands-on, engaging summer program that invites children to experience the waterfront with fun being the goal! Kids get to enjoy a full week of on, and off the water nautical fun. From rowing skiffs, to paddle carving, building cardboard boats, and island adventures.
